Autobiography

I started gymnastics when I was 2 years old at South Durham Gymnastics Club.  My mam was a coach so it seemed a natural thing for her to do - introduce me to pre-school gymnastics! I progressed into mini squad when I was 4 years old.  By the age of 5 or 6 I was asked to join the Elite Squad.  I now train up to 31 hours a week.

I won my first National medal when I was 9 years old and my first British and English title when I was 11.

I represented Great Britain in my first international in 2011 at the age of 11.

I represented Team GB for the first time in the Austrialian Youth Olympics and in the European Youth Olympics in 2013

I competed for Great Britain in my first Junior Europeans in 2014 and again in the Senior Europeans in 2015

I competed in my first Word Championships for Great Britain in 2015

I represented Team GB in my first Olympics in Rio de Janeiro in 2016 as the youngest Team GB athlete in the games!!
